Summer Pa~rty Smooch! Smooch! I'm hoping for something! Smooch (Fu~n) Smooch! Smooch! Smooch! Smooch Smooch! Summer Pa~rty At last... Smooch! Translated By: Brian Stewart and Sakuma Takako Translator's Notes: Well it's decided Takko and I are going to hell for translating this. The cuteness factor is off the charts folks, we're in uncharted territory. What is the something the singer is expecting? That's easy it's Chu~! from the boy she likes. She's expecting her first kiss. *s! * 1 - We translated shobu! shobu! shobu! as "the battle's on, it's on, it's on" because it sounded best. The point being the girl is trying to impress the boy she likes and win his heart, whether it be by wearing a pretty swimsuit or cooking barbecue. * 2 - meruhenchikku is a word Japanese use to describe faery tales. Lots of lace, and doilies, pretty dresses, like Cinderalla, or Snow White. This is used to describe everything from boutiques to fashion trends. Don't ask me how a summer sea can be meruhenchikku. I have no idea. The word is in fact derived from the German word M€RCHEN. Thanks to Chuffy for the explaination.
