Could it be that Komuro is saying the girl in the song doesn't want to be part of this corrupt world of fakers and liars? What the heck is "Hate get a pill??" Though we do know Kahala and TK were an item when this song was made and both of them were abusing substances, so maybe it came from that. On to the *'s! *1 - We translated the word kagayaku in two very different ways neither of which are the literal meaning "shine". Because The Japanese don't always use the word in its literal meaning. *2 - What in god's name is this about!? The fear of becoming washed up and in the gutter? *3 - yasashii does mean gentle and kind but in this case it seems the girl in the song is saying she's sort of been healed.
