Aizuchi means "chiming in" not really expressing your opinion just saying what's needed when you are called upon. Unazuku means literally to nod in agreement, but in this case it means to be agreeable to whatever is asked of you. Otoko rashiku and Isagi yoku, are almost the same words, one means manly and the other has the connotation of "one who does what's expected of him as a man". wicked little smile... is just a way of describing an evil smile that a girl uses to control a man.
