It's Summertime" though the actual phrase Ottottoto seems to be a colloquial term used by the people of the Kantou area which they say when a Festival is coming up or something such as that. Maybe it's more like "Summer time is here to stay" or something but there is no literal translation. The word Tsunku uses "shuuru" obiviously just rhymed with cool etc, but it's a vague abbreviation of Surrealisme (Surrealism in French). He also uses Matta Ghandi in one of the songs siller puns.. get it? Muhattma Ghandi? but with the kanji for "Wait". haha. Tsunku you bastard. I think Asia no Tokyo refers to an Asian multicultural Tokyo, so the Udon (wheat noodle soup) is served spicier. Kakikoori is like a snowcone with no cone. It's served in a dish and one pours condensed milk over it and other fruit flavorings. It's crushed ice. Southern All Stars is a band here that have a huge catalog of summer songs. Not as many as Tube but lots none the less. Their style matches the hot season more than the winter. himozuri is a game at festivals in which everyone draws one hanging string, trying to get the winner, which yields a prize or something.
