I think Tetsu wrote this feeling boxed in by whatever media frenzy ensued from the "made-up" stories, that's why he blames "you" for stealing his freedom and running all over town with it. Tetsu is feeling betrayed in this song, and thus is asking the fans to try and undertsnad how he feels. I think the line "bit by the dog I kept" is a little harsh... this all must refer to one incident in particular, because whatever happened became a big scandal. I guess that's about it.
