This tour 'The Waning Moon' is set up to take us back to past from the future. There's two points there. One, the pain of trying to relive the past when it's impossible, and the second, the meaninglessness of turning back the hands of time and not knowing what to do after the intial joy has dissipated." Though Gackt doesn't say if the interviewer is correct the interviewer guesses that the Singer in this song is "Shou" and the woman he is singing to is "I-chie". Hope this helps.
